The Fellowship Ministry Team together with the Jones Family have made a decision to cancel the FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL this Sunday, October 25th at 4 p.m. at the Jones Family Farm. With the rain the past several days it is very muddy and slick and they felt it was too dangerous to try and have it.
The annual Fall Harvest Festival will be held Sunday, October 25th at the Jones Family Farm north of Atchison on Hwy 7. The fun will begin at 4:00 p.m. Fellowship Ministry will provide hot dogs, buns, drinks and table service. Please bring a covered dish to share with everyone. Don’t forget lawnchairs and jackets, too! See you there.

A Sunday School teacher decided to have her young class memorize one of the most quoted passages in the Bible – Psalm 23. She gave the youngsters a month to learn the chapter.
Little Ricky was excited about the task – but he just couldn’t remember the Psalm. After much practice, he could barely get past the first line.
On the day that the kids were scheduled to recite Psalm 23 in front of the congregation, Ricky was so nervous… When it was his turn, he stepped up to the microphone and said proudly, ‘The Lord is my Shepherd, and that’s all I need to know.’
